About Long Hollow Suri Alpacas
Long Hollow Suri Alpacas raises colorumptious, fibertastic Suri Alpacas! Long Hollow Suri Alpacas was started in 2002 by Karl and Jan Heinrich as a cruelty-free alternative to traditional farming. The herd continues to grow and has now moved to a 62+ acre farm in Gallatin, Tennessee.
Long Hollow offers over 40 Suri alpacas for breeding, sale and show. Suri alpacas are less than 1% of the total world alpaca population. Suri is second only to vicuna as the rarest kind of processed camelid fiber. The Suri alpacas offer lustrous rope-like twisted locks, which provide great fiber to produce quality yarn.
